Questions people actually ask
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- You drop to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, nothing is charged, and nothing you already made is taken away — you keep every project and task, you just cannot add a fourth project or delegate work until you subscribe. We never ask for a card to start the trial, so there is nothing to forget to cancel.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your billing page, in two clicks — it opens Stripe's own portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are never charged again after that.
- What if my payment fails?
- Pro stays on while Stripe retries, which it does for about three weeks. An expired card should not lock you out of your own plan on a Tuesday morning. We tell you inside the app, and Stripe emails you.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If otoodo isn't for you, email us within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions. After that we'll refund unused whole months on an annual plan at our discretion.
- Is VAT included?
- No — prices are shown excluding tax. Stripe calculates VAT or sales tax at checkout from your billing address, and takes a VAT number if you have one.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes, and it works out at $6.58 a month — about two months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like from the billing portal.
